We’re history!

Posted in Uncategorized by smarski on the May 14, 2009

OLTornadoHistoryPatty Palm sent me this link to the History Channel featuring our tornado. I call it “our” tornado. I guess it’s been up for a while, just didn’t know about it. I also don’t hear much from everybody — drop a line. You don’t always want to hear from me, do you???

BTW, my dear mother passed away March 5 at age 87. She was fine until that day, got sick and died. I am thankful it was so quick. I sure miss her. I feel very lucky to have had her this long.

Ginny from the block

No one is going to want to reply because we’re putting up pictures. C’mon, get over it!

Got a note from Ginny (Samples) Bogda who is back in the Midwest. Oddly enough, she’s working at Ambitech, an engineering firm where Ed (Kaczmarski) worked a while back. And Ginny also says John Kasang works there, too.

She’s enjoying her grandchildren and I’ve still got one in the house. What was I thinking?
